Northland Drying ("Northland," "we," "us") operates this website at https://northlanddrying.com. We are a privately held pet food ingredient manufacturer based in Arlington, Minnesota.

What we collect

When you use this website, we may collect:

• Contact form submissions. Your name, email, company, the topic you selected, and the message you write. We collect this only when you choose to submit the form.
• Standard server logs. IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. Held by our hosting provider for short windows for security and operational purposes.
• Aggregate usage analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without setting tracking cookies or identifying individual visitors.

We do not use tracking cookies. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry. Contact form submissions route to our sales inbox so a member of our team can reply.
• To keep records. We retain inquiries for up to 24 months for follow-up and account history. After that we delete or anonymize.
• To secure the site. Server logs help detect abuse, debug issues, and meet legal obligations.
• Internal routing. If you describe a procurement need we route the message to the relevant capability owner (sourcing, manufacturing, regulatory, etc.).

Who we share it with

• Service providers we use to operate the site. Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, analytics) and an email-forwarding service that delivers your contact-form message to our inbox. These vendors process data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments.
• Legal compliance. We will disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or safety.
• Business transfers. If Northland is acquired or merges, inquiry records may be transferred to the acquiring entity under continuing privacy commitments.

We do not sell or rent personal information to third-party marketers.

Your rights

If you submitted information to us, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete it. Email sales@northlanddrying.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This is a B2B website for pet food formulators and procurement teams. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy
